The general sanitation scheme of the SILA sets the objective of developing, within the framework of the asset management of networks, the diagnosis of existing sewer networks. Furthermore, it is also necessary to carry out closed-circuit television inspections (ITV) in the event of operational problems, processing of urban planning permit applications, connection checks, rehabilitation project implementation... The performance of ITV with a suitable vehicle fully falls within this framework. The equipment currently in use (van + equipment) is aging (put into service in 2008). It is subject to multiple breakdowns impacting the set objectives of ITV performance and generating significant maintenance costs. In order to maintain a high level of availability of the equipment, the SILA has therefore decided to replace this video vehicle. The vehicle will enable the performance of ITV with all the equipment (2 cameras (small and large diameters), water tank, control room with desk and computer equipment, supply of specific software, cable reel, hoist...).
