Romania – Building-inspection services – Acord cadru 48 luni– Servicii de verificare tehnică rosturi de dilatație și aparate de reazem (inclusiv dispozitive montate la blocurile de ancoraj și turnuri)

The services to be procured are as follows: Framework Agreement 48 months – Technical inspection services for expansion joints and support devices (including devices mounted on anchor blocks and towers)

A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information regarding the Award Documents is: Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information:

In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the Award Documents is the 20th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.

B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which the Contracting Authority will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the mentioned date will put the AC in a position where it cannot provide a response and, as a result, will be considered LATE. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
