Framework agreement for services of “Maintenance of traffic light installations, procurement/manufacture, installation, maintenance and repair of road signs in the Municipality of Arad, in accordance with the requirements of the terms of reference and the annexes thereto. The estimated value of the framework agreement for services is between 4,352,020.38 lei excluding VAT and 17,763,399.76 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification addressed within the timeframe set out in section I.3 (20 days) with 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented. Open online tender, with the conclusion of a four-year framework agreement. The frequency of concluding subsequent contracts is a minimum of two subsequent contracts per year, within the needs of the Contracting Authority and the approved budget funds. The maximum value of the subsequent contract is 4,320,920.38 lei excluding VAT and the estimated minimum value of the subsequent contract is 1,893,197.17 lei excluding VAT.
