A successive sale with delivery of laptops, computers and tablets, for a period of 12 months, with an option right. The subject of the order is described in Annex A to SWZ – Description of the subject of the order. The computer equipment will be delivered in batches (in the form of partial orders) depending on the needs of the Buyer. The price of the offer must also include transport and delivery of partial orders to the individual organizational units of Adam Mickiewicz University, each time indicated by the Buyer. By the term delivery the Buyer understands the sale and delivery of the equipment to the end user. The partial order must be completed within the following deadline: - for items with VAT 23% - within a maximum of 28 days from the date of receipt of the partial order, - for items with VAT 0% - within a maximum of 28 days from the date of receipt by the Contractor of the relevant order together with confirmation from the competent supervisory body of the Buyer in accordance with Article 83(14)(1) in conjunction with Article 83(1)(26)(a) of the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and services (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2025, item 775 as amended). The deadline for completing the partial order is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order at his own cost and risk in the places indicated by the Buyer. Domestic and international transport including insurance, all customs and tax duties, and all other duties - on the Contractor's side. Minimum warranty and service conditions - in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. A to this SWZ. The Buyer allows the submission of equivalent offers. The Contractor may offer equipment with the same or better technical, qualitative, functional parameters, meeting the minimum parameters specified by the Buyer in Annex No. A to SWZ. In the event that the description of the subject of the order contains trademarks, the Contractor may offer an equivalent assortment not worse than the assortment indicated by the Buyer. The equivalent assortment must meet the condition that it is at least of the same class, or has the same parameters as expected by the Buyer i.e. the equivalent assortment must meet the technical and operational requirements described by the Buyer in the SWZ or exceed them. The Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Buyer is obliged to prove that the equipment offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Buyer, in particular by means of substantive evidence, that the offered supplies meet the requirements, features or criteria specified by the Buyer. The Buyer accepts equivalent substantive evidence if they confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements, features or criteria specified by the Buyer.
