The subject of the procurement is a staff benefits payment tool (mobile application) to be procured for the use of employees of Metropolia University of Applied Sciences (hereinafter, Metropolia), with which Metropolia can offer its employees staff benefits in the form of sports, cultural, commuting, and massage benefits, as well as dental and health care services. By electronic payment tool is meant an electronic system with which an employee can pay for a staff benefit without being tied to cards or other physical payment tools. The electronic payment tool must be implemented as a mobile application. By management service is meant a system with which Metropolia orders, manages, and monitors the use of the payment tools.
