Belgium – Meat – « La fourniture de produits de boucherie (viandes, volailles, gibier, charcuterie) pour les établissements scolaires de la COCOF »

The present contract takes the form of a framework agreement with call-off orders and unit prices revisable per call-off order. It concerns the supply of butcher's products (fresh meats, poultry, game, charcuterie) (fresh, frozen, smoked and processed) on behalf of the French Community Commission, intended for all the schools of the French Community Commission education listed in Article 4.2 of the present CSC. The products ordered serve a dual purpose: • Pedagogical: teaching aids for the teaching of butchery techniques (boning, trimming, cutting, filleting), conservation, cooking of butcher's products and recognition of species, particularly in the kitchen and restaurant application sections of the Émile Gryzon and Roger Lambion Institutes. In this pedagogical context, certain orders may take the form of baskets individualised by class or by teacher, clearly identified at delivery; • Operational: regular supply of the application restaurants and collective catering services of the beneficiary establishments. The contract is divided into 5 lots, as defined in the technical inventory of references (Annex 1). This inventory includes a total of 96 references, structured according to a nomenclature of 4 price categories (from A to D). The HTVA ceilings per category are detailed in the category grid (Annex 6) and recalled in Article 7 of the present tender specifications.
