Execution of construction and installation works for the construction of an open metal canopy, providing protection from atmospheric conditions for 5 units of cargo/special machinery /parking spaces/. The canopy is located at the southern end of the property. The supporting structure of the canopy is made of steel. The roof is single-pitched, with a 10% slope for rainwater drainage to the east, covered with LT lamina. The canopy has dimensions in plan 18.20 m by 14.60 m. The cornice level is +4.86 m, the ridge level is +6.45 m. The canopy is built on the existing pavement. The construction and installation works for the implementation of the construction (object) will be carried out in accordance with the investment project, developed in the "Technical Project" phase. A building permit No. 119 dated 12.05.2026, issued by the chief architect of the Municipality of Shumen. The construction is category V. The types and quantities of the planned SMR for the construction of the canopy are described in the quantitative-cost estimate, part of the documentation for the award of the public contract.
