Bulgaria – Medical consumables – „Доставка чрез периодични заявки на медицински консумативи и лабораторни реактиви за нуждите на „СБАЛОЗ д-р Марко Антонов Марков - Варна“ ЕООД“

The subject of the public procurement is the supply, through periodic (monthly) requests from the Contracting Authority, of medical consumables and laboratory reagents for the needs of SBALOZ. The procurement includes a total of 35 (thirty-five) separate items, which will be ordered in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1, Item 1, Subparagraph "b" of the Public Procurement Act, with the Technical Specification indicating general and minimum technical requirements for the offered medical devices, and in Appendix 1, in Excel format, the name, technical characteristics, units of measurement and approximate forecast quantities in units of measurement for each separate item are indicated, close to the actual quantity purchased by the Contracting Authority. The indicated forecast quantity is for 36 (thirty-six) months, calculated based on annual consumption from the previous year for each separate item, with the Contracting Authority not being obliged to order the full quantity indicated in the public procurement specification, but having the right to order quantities in accordance with its actual needs. Depending on its specific needs based on the patients received during the month, if necessary, the Contracting Authority makes separate (supplementary) requests. Delivery time for ordered medical devices – up to 3 (three) calendar days after receipt of the request. The request is submitted by the Contracting Authority in written form by electronic means. Acceptance and recording of deliveries - the date of delivery is considered to be the date on which the goods are received by the Contracting Authority at the place of performance, in accordance with the acceptance and transfer protocol. Place of performance - the deliveries will be made to the following address of the Contracting Authority: Varna, "Tsar Osvoboditel" Blvd. 100, "SBALOZ Dr. M. A. Markov - Varna" EOOD, Hospital Pharmacy.
