The requirements stated in the specification are to be met by the tenderer. The Medical Service supports the specialists of the JobCenter Essen in finding suitable solutions for jobseekers and employees with health restrictions. To this end, the doctors assess individually in each case: - health restrictions, - performance capability, - suitability for certain professions, - the suitability of young people in particular for certain professions, - which rehabilitation can help in the event of illness or after an accident. The contractor provides the services as an independent service provider for the client (service provider). No employment relationship is established with the client. The contractor is free in the organisation and implementation of his activity and is not subject to instructions regarding time, place and type of service provision, unless legal requirements or the purpose of the contract are to the contrary. No integration into the client's work organisation takes place. The target group of the advertised service are usually recipients of benefits under the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II), for whom a medical examination is necessary in relation to their general performance capability or the necessity of a medical examination. It is assumed that they have the ability to earn a living. The subject of the order is the support of the advisory and placement work of the responsible caseworkers (including the granting of additional needs) and the integration specialists of the client. The contractor is entitled to work for other clients as well. No exclusive commitment to the client exists.
