Germany – Cycle path construction work – Neubau eines Rad- und Fußweges entlang des Rottweiler Bahnhofsgeländes (Gleisweg) in 78628 Rottweil

The city of Rottweil aims, with the implementation of the Federal Garden Show 2028, to enhance the attractiveness of the Neckar area through the revitalisation of the heavily developed Neckar, and to significantly improve mobility, particularly the everyday relevant connections. The tendered cycle and footpath section on the former and current railway site (so-called "Gleisweg") is part of a route connection between the district of Göllsdorf or the district "Altstadt" and the historic Rottweil city centre, as well as a continuing connection in the direction of the settlement area "In der Au" and from there in the direction of the Neckartal industrial area.
