The Ministry of Defence announces a procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement in accordance with Article 18, paragraph 1, point 1 and paragraph 2, Article 20, paragraph 1, point 1, letter “b”, Article 73, paragraph 1, Article 81, paragraph 1 and Article 82, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). The subject of the procurement is the production and delivery of award badges - framework agreement, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority and the technical specifications, as follows: - Honorary Badge "St. George" - in accordance with Technical Specification No. TS N 97.4517.23; - Award Badge "For Faithful Service Under the Flags" - in accordance with Technical Specification No. TS N 97.4521.23; - Award Badge "For Excellent Service" - in accordance with Technical Specification No. TS N 97.4524.23; - Award Badge "For Contribution to the Ministry of Defence" - in accordance with Technical Specification No. TS N 97.4518.23; - Award Badge "For Meritorious Service" - in accordance with Technical Specification No. TS N 97.4519.23; - Award Badge "For Dignity and Honour" - in accordance with Technical Specification No. TS N 97.4526.23; - Award Badge "For Military Merit" - in accordance with Technical Specification No. TS N 97.4522.23; - Award Badge "For Contribution, for Cooperation" - in accordance with Technical Specification No. TS N 97.4520.23. Each badge, together with its miniature and ribbon for daily wear, is placed in a box made in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specifications. The total estimated quantity of award badges is 1,310 sets (award badge with box), with the quantities being indicative/provisional and will be specified upon conclusion of the specific contracts.
