This contract concerns a project management mission for the renewal of the scenography of the permanent exhibition and the creation of a new reception area for the Musée d’Art et d’Histoire Michel HACHET of the Ville de Toul. This consultation includes the expression of the needs and expectations of the project owner, as well as all the constraints related to the site, applicable regulations, and administrative provisions of the contract. It aims to select a multidisciplinary project management team responsible for conducting all necessary studies until the completion of the work. The technical provisions specific to the operation are detailed in the program, which serves as the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P.). The procedure is divided into two distinct phases:

- Candidacy phase: This first phase aims to select the candidates eligible to submit an offer.

- Offer phase: Only the candidates selected at the end of the candidacy phase are invited to submit an offer.
