Poland – Ammunition – Dostawa amunicji

1. The subject of the order is the supply of 5.56x45 mm ammunition with an anti-ricochet bullet, hereinafter referred to as the “goods”, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of the order is specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ – “Detailed Price Offer”. 3. The conditions for the execution of the order and the quality standards are presented in Annex 6 to the SWZ – “Draft Contract Terms”. 4. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial offers. Offers must be complete, i.e., the Contractor must price the entire scope of the order. If the Contractor does not price any item, the Purchaser, acting under art. 226.1.5 of the Act, will reject the Contractor's offer. 5. The Contractor is obliged in Annex 5 to the SWZ – “Detailed Price Offer” to complete column “l” by entering data of the offered goods enabling the Purchaser to unambiguously identify the offered goods. In the event that the Contractor does not complete column “l”, the Purchaser, acting under art. 226.1.5 of the Act, will reject the Contractor's offer. 6. The Purchaser requires that upon delivery, the Contractor shall provide the documents indicated in Annex 3 to the SWZ – “Description of the Subject of the Order”. 7. The Contractor is obliged to submit, together with the offer, the completed Annex 10 to the SWZ – “Technical Parameters”, in which it will indicate which parameters the goods offered by it have. 8. The delivered goods must be new, of the first category and produced in the year of delivery to the Purchaser. 9. The Purchaser's quality requirements regarding military supervision by the entity carrying out the quality control process of the ordered goods from suppliers/cooperators are specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ – “Draft Contract Terms”. 10. The goods will be accepted in terms of technical condition, quality and completeness at the place of delivery by the authorized representatives of the Purchaser. 11. The goods must meet the quality requirements specified in the relevant standards and must have the required approvals and certificates in accordance with the applicable regulations. 12. As part of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered goods in the assortment and quantities to the warehouse of the Purchaser, in accordance with Annex 5 to the SWZ – “Detailed Price Offer”.
