The subject of this tender is the planning of the external and traffic facilities in connection with the relocation of express freight to the T5-M1 terminal. All services required for planning, building permit and award are to be provided. The scope of services of the external and traffic facilities planner includes the planning of both the landward and airside external and traffic facilities including the associated technical equipment as well as the airside located airlock with control booth. Necessary cable relocations for the creation of an autonomous supply of the building are also part of the external facilities planner's scope of services. The services of the service packages include both basic services, special services as well as additional planning services. It is intended to award a stage contract in accordance with the HOAI 2021. The following contract stages are planned: # Stage 1, firmly commissioned with award: Planning service according to the description of services, performance phases 1 to 2 inclusive # Stage 2, after economic examination and subject to the approval of the client's bodies: Planning service according to the description of services, performance phase 3 to 4 inclusive # Stage 3, after economic examination and subject to the approval of the client's bodies: Planning service according to the description of services, performance phase 5 to 7 inclusive # Stage 4, after economic examination and subject to the approval of the client's bodies: Planning service according to the description of services, performance phase 8
