France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – MISSION DE MAÎTRISE D’ŒUVRE POUR L’EXTENSION ET LA RESTRUCTURATION DE L’ECOLE MATERNELLE MAS DES GARDIES

The present consultation concerns a design mission for the extension and restructuring of the Mas des Gardies nursery school. The redevelopment operations of the Petit Védelin and the Domaine de Védelin led to the creation of a Urban Partnership Project to create an extension to the Mas de Gardies nursery school, whose school district has been modified with the creation of this new district. The increase in population in this area is leading to a change in the school's enrollment, which should result in the creation of 2 additional classes. The school, built at the end of the 1980s, no longer meets the comfort of use or the thermal comfort required by new teaching methods and the changing climate. The present consultation therefore aims to entrust a design team with the project to extend and restructure the Mas de Gardies nursery school. The missions entrusted to the design team are as follows: - Basic mission: DIAG, ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, EXE (partial mission), SYN, DET, AOR and OPC - Additional mission 1 « Fire Safety Systems Coordination » (SSI) - Additional mission 2 « Energy Efficiency Follow-up » This is a new construction and rehabilitation operation of a building within the meaning of the provisions of Article R.2431-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The provisional financial envelope allocated to all the works is set at 2,000,000 euros HT, broken down as follows: - Rehabilitation part: 1,200,000 euros HT - New construction part: 800,000 euros HT The provisional duration of the contract is 54 months from the date of notification of the contract to the successful tenderer (duration given as an indication).
