The subject construction measure includes the rehabilitation of the main carriageway of the RFB Vienna, the asphalt carriageway and the emergency lane, and all ramp carriageways of the Ilz-Fürstenfeld interchange from approximately km 135.000 to approximately km 142.500.

The construction measure also includes the rehabilitation of the bridge structures H39A, H39B, H40 L, H40A, H41, H42, H43, H43B, H44, as well as the replacement or adaptation of the vehicle restraint systems to the state of the art, the rehabilitation of the crossing canal sections (by means of "inline method" and high-pressure cleaning) and the replacement of the noise barrier cassettes.
