Denmark – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Udbud af grøn drift og pleje på Vesterbro og i Brønshøj-Husum

Copenhagen Municipality hereby tenders green operation and maintenance on Vesterbro and in Brønshøj-Husum. No internal control budget is issued. From 2025, Danish municipalities will have the opportunity to establish zero-emission zones, where access for vehicles is limited to emission-free vehicles, including electric and hydrogen vehicles. It is expected that the City Council of Copenhagen Municipality will decide on the establishment of a zero-emission zone in parts of Vesterbro in the autumn of 2026 with expected entry into force in 2028/2029. Bidders should be aware that the establishment of a zero-emission zone during the contract period may affect the Supplier's access to the contract areas and thus the execution of the contract. The introduction of a zero-emission zone during the contract period is considered a change in the external framework for the contract's implementation. In connection with the submission of a tender, a pricing for the individual services will be requested for standard operation as well as after the introduction of zero-emission zones. The Supplier is obliged to loyally and constructively contribute to necessary adjustments to the task solution as a result. There is a holiday closure in July, so questions will not be answered during this period.
