The present consultation concerns the creation and operation of an urban renewable heat and cold network, based on seawater thermal energy, thalassothermy. The project area extends from Boulevard Gambetta to the Port of Nice, bounded to the north by the railway. It aims to meet the energy needs (heating, domestic hot water, cooling) of collective housing, public and tertiary buildings, notably hotel establishments. The concessionaire will be responsible for the safety and proper functioning of the heat and cold network supplied by thalassothermy in the coastal area of the city centre of Nice. It will operate the heat and cold network and its services at its own risk and expense, in compliance with the provisions of the contract and the applicable standards.
