The subject of the contract is the provision of the Home Help Service (SAD) of the City Council of A Coruña, understood as a public service of a social nature aimed at providing personal, domestic, psychosocial and socio-educational support to individuals or cohabiting units in their own homes who, due to limitations in their personal autonomy, dependence or social, family or health circumstances, require support for the development of the basic activities of daily living.
