The present contract aims to establish the conditions and terms under which the reference service will be provided through support for young people. This may include assistance in finding alternative housing, personal support, socio-educational accompaniment and follow-up, support for socio-labor integration, facilitation of the transition to adult life and autonomy, promotion of their overall well-being, and strengthening of personal and social autonomy through improving their housing situation, emotional stability, development of skills for independent living, and opportunities for socio-labor integration, with the aim of overcoming their situation of social exclusion risk and fostering their full development.
