Formalised procedure (Article L2124-1 of the Code) of the open tender (Article L2124-2 of the Code) in accordance with Articles R2124-1 & 2 and R2161-2 to 5 of the Code. Two lots. Lot 1: lump-sum contract. Lot 2: single-supplier framework agreement (Articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Code) for common supplies and services, with no minimum and a maximum of 80 000 euros excl. VAT per period. Lot 1: two optional variants are provided. Lot 2: variants are not allowed. Two additional optional services are provided. For more details, refer to Article 5 of the consultation regulations. For each lot, the contract is concluded from its notification date for an initial period until 30 June 2027. The estimated value indicated below is for information purposes only for each contract, calculated over the maximum duration of the contracts (including renewals) and, for Lot 2, over the maximum amount of the framework agreement.
