The present consultation concerns the replacement of high-voltage cells from: - 4 Lighting and Power Stations (PEF) of Line 1 bis: Saint Philibert, Bourg, Canteleu, Cormontaigne; - 5 Rectifier Stations (PR) of Line 1 bis: Grand But, Mitterie, Canteleu, Cormontaigne, Porte d'Arras; - 2 Lighting and Power Stations (PEF) of Line 2 Nord: Les Près, CH Dron; - 3 Rectifier Stations (PR) of Line 2 Nord: Les Près, Bourgogne, Garage Atelier Dron; - 1 Lighting and Power Station (PEF) Tramway: Gare Lille Europe; - 4 Tramway Rectifier Stations: Gare Lille Europe, Romarin, Murisserie, Croisé Laroche; - the Delivery Station (PL) Canteleu; - the Internal Distribution Station (PID) Gares Lille Flandres. The services of the present contract include: - Carrying out surveys and studies; - Supplying new high-voltage cells and associated protection relays; - Parameter setting and adjustment of high-voltage cells in the factory; - Removal of existing cells and associated protection relays; - Installation and connection of new high-voltage cells and protection relays; - Checks and tests; - Pressurisation of the PID Gares premises; - Obligations during Regular Service Verification (VSR) and warranty periods; - Supply of the As-Built Works File; - Spare parts; - Training. WARNING: The operations of replacing equipment in High-Voltage Stations are sensitive due to their possible impact on the operation of the metro and tramway, and their implementation in a continuously operating environment with interactions with existing equipment. These elements must be taken into account by candidates in their response to the present consultation.
