Project management and project control

The construction project team at the Freising Building Authority has transitioned to the execution planning phase and has recognised that, due to the high complexity and the large number of project participants, support through project control is necessary. This tender for project control consequently includes project phases 3-5 according to AHO No. 09. The scope of services from the AHO will be fully utilised and adapted to the requirements of the Bavarian State Building Authority. For the familiarisation phase with the ongoing project, the construction project management estimates 3-4 months, during which close coordination between the project management of the Building Authority and the project control will take place in weekly Jour Fixe meetings.
