Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Originale-Rabattverträge 2026-07 Fluticason/Vilanterol (Wirkstoffkombination)

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance combination Fluticasone/Vilanterol. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open House Original procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurers do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, beginning on 01.10.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 30.09.2028, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/loss of market exclusivity before the above end date, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month of patent expiry/loss of market exclusivity. Joining this Open House Original procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
