The KfW requires expert support from an external service provider for the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of market data supply, which integrates technical, procedural and commercial aspects. This includes, in particular, the examination of data and service sources, including the respective provider and licensing structures (e.g. Enterprise and Individual Services, Exchanges, Brokers, Rating Agencies, and Information and Research Services, including ESG data), as well as the derivation of concrete action approaches for the sustainable optimisation of annually recurring market data and service licences. A focus is on increasing licence compliance, improving the traceability of data use, and increasing audit readiness. The KfW estimates the maximum contract volume of this framework agreement at 2,270 days during the contract period.
