Poland – Electric buses – Dostawa samochodów (autobusów) zeroemisyjnych wraz z dostawą i montażem ładowarek stacjonarnych i mobilnych w ramach projektu pn. Zintegrowany system transportu na terenie POF – Miasto Nowy Targ.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of zero-emission vehicles (buses) along with the delivery and installation of stationary and mobile chargers as part of the project entitled "Integrated Transport System in the POF – City of Nowy Targ." 2. The scope of the contract includes: Part I - delivery of midi-type buses along with the construction of a container transformer station and the delivery and installation of stationary and mobile chargers. The scope of the contract includes: 1/ the delivery of four new factory-made zero-emission electric midi-type buses, 2/ the design, delivery, construction, and commissioning of four stationary charging points for electric buses and a container transformer station with a capacity of 630 kVA, 3/ the delivery of two new factory-made mobile plug-in type bus chargers. Part II - delivery of mini-type buses along with the delivery and installation of mobile chargers. The scope of the contract includes: 1/ the delivery of two new factory-made zero-emission electric mini-type buses, 2/ the delivery of two new factory-made mobile plug-in type bus chargers. The contract is implemented as part of the project "Integrated Transport System in the POF – City of Nowy Targ" under Priority 3 European Funds for Urban Transport Programme European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027." 3. General requirements: 1/ formal requirements that the offered contract subject must meet, as well as detailed requirements, technical parameters, equipment, and warranty and service conditions that the offered contract subject must meet and possess include: a) Annex No. 8 – Description of the Contract Subject - Midi-type Buses, b) Annex No. 9 – Description of the Contract Subject - Mini-type Buses, c) Annex No. 10 - Functional User Program - Construction of Electric Bus Charging Points – Stationary Chargers along with the Charging Process Management System, at the bus depot of Miejski Zakład Komunikacji in Nowy Targ, d) Annex No. 11 – Subject of Works - Construction of Electric Bus Charging Points – Stationary Chargers along with the Charging Process Management System, at the bus depot of Miejski Zakład Komunikacji in Nowy Targ, e) Annex No. 12 – Connection Conditions No. WP/005528/2026/O09R06 – Electric Vehicle Charging Station, f) Annex No. 6 – Agreement No. UP/005528/2026/O09R06 for connection to the distribution network of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A., 2/ the contractor must deliver the contract subject at their own expense to the place indicated by the purchaser along with the ordered accessories, all operating instructions must be prepared in Polish. The contractor undertakes to train the purchaser's employees on the terms specified in the contract, 3/ the contractor is obliged to provide an authorized warranty and post-warranty service, equipped with personnel and original spare parts, meeting the requirements specified in the SWZ, which during the warranty and post-warranty period will service the ordered buses along with the accessories, 4/ the contractor is obliged to promptly eliminate all faults that occur or are revealed during the warranty period. Time of arrival and start of service from the moment of reporting the fault: up to 24 hours. Fault reporting via electronic message (e-mail). 5/ the contractor is obliged to deliver enhanced diagnostic equipment enabling the diagnosis of the delivered vehicles, 6/ the contractor is obliged to conduct training for the purchaser's personnel in the field of performing warranty services for the entire contract subject, i.e., mechanics and workshop managers in diagnostics and reading of operational errors that occur along with the possibility of their quick elimination, for which a relevant document confirming the training of employees will be issued. The training will take place at the delivery site Miejski Zakład Komunikacyjny ul. Konfederacji Tatrzańskiej 1, 34-400 Nowy Targ, 6/ the contractor will grant internal authorization to MZK in Nowy Targ to perform technical services and warranty and post-warranty repairs of the delivered buses, 7/ the contractor must present a written warranty for the delivered vehicles along with the accessories, which cannot be less than 5 years, 8/ during the warranty period, the cost of travel and service activities will be borne by the contractor. 9/ before signing the contract for the delivery of the contract subject, the contractor must present: - a schedule of inspections up to 1000 Rbh - costs of individual inspections according to the inspection schedule. 10/ the contractor is obliged to ensure the compatibility of buses with stationary and mobile plug-in type chargers. 11/ the subject of works for the construction of electric bus charging points – stationary chargers along with the charging process management system, at the bus depot of Miejski Zakład Komunikacji in Nowy Targ is an auxiliary material.
