Procurement of Atlassian or equivalent licenses to support internal processes as detailed in the technical specification and point BT-24. If the Bidder offers an equivalent product, they must provide the manufacturer and type of the products offered as equivalent, and must attach the complete product documentation (manufacturer's data sheet or manufacturer's documentation) of the offered product, which must detail at least those functional and technical requirements from which the Buyer can unambiguously determine the compliance with the technical conditions defined in the technical specification. During the proof of equivalence, the product documentation attached by the Bidder must substantiate that the offered product meets the functional and technical requirements defined in Table V of the Technical Specification.
