Belgium – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – Raamovereenkomst met meerdere deelnemers voor het begeleiden van Lokale Blue Deal coalities in de planningsfase

The framework agreement with multiple participants aims to support and guide Local Blue Deal (LBD) coalitions in the process of translating the Flemish framework into local goals and action plans for their area during their planning phase. The result of the tasks within the framework agreement will consist, per area, of a set of texts, data, graphic and map material, with references to background information, with which area coalitions can get started to develop their area vision, local action plan, financing plan and implementation programme. There are 2 lots: Desktop area analyses (in which both the existing situation and the Flemish ambitions or target distances for the 8 target domains of the Local Blue Deals are explored, described and visualised) and Participatory design research (integral vision formation, definition of local ambitions, scenario analysis and layout proposal).
