Various construction measures for the restructuring of the University Hospital are to be carried out on the campus of the Universitätsmedizin Mannheim. Building 25 (Pharmacy) is to be extended by three levels to accommodate additional functionalities from other buildings. The laboratory areas of clinical chemistry, microbiology and hygiene, and pathology, with the exception of the mortuary, will be consolidated in Building 25, taking into account the use of synergies. Building 25 is located on the edge of the Universitätsmedizin Mannheim site and adjacent to the main road (Käfertalerstraße/ Röntgenstraße).
