Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Neubau einer Trinkwasseraufbereitungsanlage in Wittenhofen, Generalplanung (Ingenieurbauwerke & Technische Ausrüstung)

The municipality of Deggenhausertal intends, through a negotiated procedure with a call for competition, to award the general planning (engineering structures & technical equipment) (LPH 4-9) for the new construction of a drinking water treatment plant in Wittenhofen. The appointment is to be made in stages. In the first stage, LPH 4-7 are to be commissioned. The contracting authority intends, if the planning and execution of the construction measure are continued, to call for further LPH (8-9). The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the appointment to individual performance phases or partial services of individual performance stages or to individual sections of the construction measure. The general planning (LPH 4-9) is to cover the following specialist areas according to the current status: • Engineering structures (according to § 43 HOAI 2021 paragraph 1), • Specialist planning TGA incl. drainage planning (according to § 55 HOAI 2021 paragraph 1). The specialist planning TGA according to § 55 HOAI 2021 paragraph 1 (LPH 4-9) is to cover the following system groups according to the current status: ALG 1: Wastewater, water and gas systems, ALG 4: High-voltage systems, ALG 5: Telecommunications and information technology systems, ALG 7: Usage-specific systems and process engineering systems. All development measures (public and non-public) that become necessary within the framework of the KG 200 are to be taken into account by the general planner.
