The Department of Management and Registration (OWO-B&R) of the municipality of Ooststellingwerf handles the printing services on behalf of the OWO municipalities. The printing package includes a variety of products, including tax assessments (with attachments such as flyers and diftar specifications), tax reductions, and incidental folder productions. Currently, printing orders are awarded incidentally and in a fragmented manner. There are no standardized agreements on delivery times, quality requirements, delivery protocols, and sustainability requirements. The B&R Department has not established structural contract management for printing services, resulting in a lack of performance control and periodic evaluation. This situation necessitates the conclusion of a structured framework agreement with one supplier who is able to meet the full printing needs in a professional, sustainable, and cost-effective manner. 400,000,-
