The contractor shall carry out the study and renovation of the test bench and any tools required for its implementation, including the performance of tests (tools, test supports, assembly interfaces, tightening keys, etc.), metrology, and periodic mandatory checks and verifications, supplies; disassembly, removal, renovation, and reinstallation of the bench on site, its commissioning, and training of the personnel of the Atelier industriel de l’aéronautique de Cuers-Pierrefeu. The REXROTH test bench for hydraulic cylinders, dating from 1990, performs the following functions: hydraulic generation/distribution function, continuous electrical generation function, counter-thrust function, measurement function, interfacing/supporting function, human-machine interface (HMI) function, black box function, automation function, new test creation function, remote maintenance function... The known anomalies, obsolescence findings, missing functionalities for optimal use of the bench, elements to be replaced or that can be retained with a general overhaul will be indicated in the Cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) of the consultation dossier (second phase of the procedure). Preventive and corrective maintenance of the test bench shall be carried out for a period of 24 months following its renovation.
