France – Structural shell work – Macro lot GO/SO-BT-CVC/P Rénovation et modernisation station Havre Caumartin en station fermée

The present notice aims to set up a consultation as part of the project to renovate and modernise the Havre Caumartin station. This project is carried out with the station closed to the public. This macro lot includes the following works, in the Reception Hall, access and circulation areas: - Civil Works/Building Works, - Low Voltage, - Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning/Plumbing. All activities included in these various works are detailed in the contract documents. Furthermore, as the "major" occupier in the station, the macro lot holder will be responsible for centralising the storage space requirements of the other lots present in the station. It ensures the organisation of the inbound/outbound logistics flows of the station through the exits as well as through the L3 or L9 platforms via the works trains, taking into account the presence of companies working in this area. The holder plans and coordinates the logistics aspects of the entire station relating to: • Deliveries and supplies, • Material storage, • Loading and unloading areas, • Material and personnel pathways. It will ensure that these operations do not cause any disruption to the other lots.
