The subject of the public procurement is construction works consisting of the reconstruction of the annex of ZŠ Náměstí in Kopřivnice into apartments and the conversion of ZŠ Náměstí in Kopřivnice into a library. Reconstruction of the annex of ZŠ Náměstí into apartments

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive reconstruction of the annex of the existing building of the former primary school, involving a change of use to a residential building, including the construction of an extension, underground parking, and related technical and transport infrastructure. The contract includes, in particular, demolition work, modifications to both load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of window and door fillings, insulation and renovation of the building, installation of new technical and technological building equipment, domestic distribution and connections to engineering networks, equipment for managing rainwater, construction of paved areas, landscaping and vegetation work, as well as other construction, assembly and technological work necessary for the proper completion and use of the building in accordance with the project documentation and relevant legal and technical regulations.

Conversion of ZŠ Náměstí into a library

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive reconstruction of the original existing building of the former primary school, involving its conversion into a municipal library with appropriate facilities for visitors and employees, including spaces for cultural, educational and leisure activities. The contract includes, in particular, construction and renovation work, modifications to both load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of window and door fillings, removal of moisture from masonry, repair and renovation of plasterwork and facade elements, replacement of roofing, addition of historical replicas, replacement or professional treatment of damaged wooden structures, installation of new technical and technological building equipment, domestic distribution and connections to engineering networks, construction of paved areas, landscaping and vegetation work, as well as other construction, assembly and technological work necessary for the proper completion and use of the building in accordance with the project documentation and relevant legal and technical regulations.

The above-mentioned parts of the public procurement are not parts of the public procurement within the meaning of § 101 ZZVZ. In the event that the term "part of the public procurement" is used in the tender documentation or its annexes, it does not refer to a part of the public procurement within the meaning of § 101 ZZVZ.
