79576 Weil am Rhein, GZA, Motorway (D-Lustgartenstr. 1 / CH-Im Kränzliacker 22), Overall Facility, Reorganisation/New Construction, The subject of the task is the planning of an overall guidance and orientation system as part of a new construction project for the joint customs facility in Weil am Rhein/Basel Motorway. The aim of the signage is to create a comprehensive concept to improve the orientation of employees and customers on the extensive site and to strengthen address formation. Additionally, the concept should serve as a business card and contribute to strengthening the institution. In the outdoor area, existing and new buildings on the entire property, as well as the connection of the area of external customs service providers located on an external property, must be taken into account. In the indoor area, the guidance system is limited to the new buildings. Furthermore, the requirements of the BImA standard for accessibility for a tactile guidance system must be taken into account. The facility has a high proportion of international user groups. The guidance and orientation system must be designed in such a way that it ensures an intuitive, language-independent, and barrier-free orientation for national and international customers. By targeted use of internationally understandable pictograms and design elements, orientation on the entire site will be facilitated and user-friendliness will be enhanced. The subject of the contract includes: Outdoor orientation system: Orientation on the site, address formation, identification of building entrances, wayfinding in the outdoor area, integration of existing buildings into the overall concept. Orientation system for stationary and moving traffic: Marking of access roads, parking spaces for different users, route guidance system for trucks/cars/bicycles/pedestrians, each for external and internal users of the site. Orientation system in buildings: Orientation signs in the entrance areas of the buildings, tactile overview signs (selection of locations for tactile overview models depending on the concept, at least at building 10b and the staircases to the pedestrian bridges/footbridges at buildings 10a and 21a), orientation of vertical and horizontal development in the area of the main distributor, floor designation, area designation (use area), route guidance on all levels (UG to 2nd floor), elevator labeling, pictograms, room signage, creation of design guidelines for a digital paging system (digital paging system is not subject to the tender), creation of a design concept for a visual and tactile guidance system in the area of components of work section 300 (floor, walls, stairs, railings). The design concept will be remunerated with 2,500.00 euros net plus all incidental costs plus VAT.
