The municipality of Dischingen intends to carry out a comprehensive renovation of the existing, dilapidated historic town hall and to expand it by merging it with the adjacent, freestanding building. Due to the complexity of the task and the high level of required interdisciplinary cooperation, as well as to ensure planning consistency, the tender is being issued as an interdisciplinary planning service. The following planning services are the subject of the joint tender: Building design including directly adjacent outdoor facilities according to §34 ff HOAI; Structural design according to §51 HOAI; Technical equipment (HLS, plant groups 1, 2, 3, 8) according to §55 HOAI; Technical equipment (Electrical, plant groups 4 and 5) according to §55 HOAI;
