Denmark – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Rammeaftale angående teknisk rådgivning til Anlægsprojekter (Udbud 2026)

This tender concerns the provision of technical consultancy for construction projects in Frederiksberg Municipality. The framework agreement is expected to be primarily used for the execution of flood projects, including combined with road and/or urban space/landscape. The projects may also relate to construction projects without flood elements. Frederiksberg Municipality envisages that the Framework Agreement will be entered into with an engineering firm that may be supplemented with sub-consultants regarding specific disciplines and landscape architecture. A 2-year framework agreement is offered, effective from 23 February 2027, with an option for the municipality to extend it by up to 2 x 12 months. The municipality expects that the total annual consumption of the three parallel framework agreements will be approximately 13 million DKK excluding VAT. The annual remuneration under the individual framework agreement will depend on which project agreements the relevant advisor is awarded, according to the framework agreement's clause 5, and Frederiksberg Municipality's decisions to initiate projects under the framework agreements. Furthermore, the total consumption can be influenced by the general price and inflation development. On this basis, the maximum total consumption under the framework agreements may amount to up to 78 million DKK.
