France – Household-refuse collection services – Exploitation, maintenance des dispositifs de collecte pneumatique fixes et mobiles des déchets ménagers et transport de ces déchets

Exploitation, maintenance of fixed and mobile pneumatic waste collection systems and transport of this waste - Service contract with a mixed price comprising a fixed price for the exploitation, maintenance and transport services for fixed and mobile pneumatic collections as well as for the maintenance and cleaning of trucks. It also includes call-off orders based on unit prices for all additional services. This call-off order part is concluded without an annual minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 300 000,00 euros ex VAT. This contract includes an optional tranche relating to the supply, installation and removal of a solar-powered compacting bin for the collection of cardboard. The contract takes effect from 1 January 2027 for a period of one year, renewable 3 times by tacit reconduction, for a maximum duration of 4 years.
