Belgium – Construction work – Studentenhuisvesting Howest Brugge

Howest, the University College West Flanders, wishes to expand its student accommodation in Bruges, to meet the demand within the organisation. On 15 September 2026, higher education institutions can apply for an interest-free loan to acquire basic student accommodation (with shared sanitary facilities and kitchen) and Howest wishes to participate in this call. Howest wants to enter into a partnership with a private partner for the acquisition of a building with land and appurtenances, suitable for the operation of at least 100 student rooms with basic comfort, near the Bruges Station campus.
