The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 4 new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 2026, free from physical and legal defects, not used as a demonstration item, electric bariatric stretchers - 2 units, and electric stretchers - 2 units, according to the specification defined in the detailed description of the subject of the contract. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 parts. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined by the following appendices: 3.1. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter, “DOSC”) for part 1 and part 2 and part 3 and part 4 i.e. the Form of Required Parameters (technical specification appendix no. 3) constituting appendices to this specification (available in separate files) 3.2. Appendix no. 4 entitled Draft Contract Clauses for the Public Contract along with appendices for part 1, part 2, part 3 and part 4 (available in separate files).
