SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, constructing, maintaining, and managing school properties, taking into account educational needs and economic principles, and renting out the approximately 350 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Training. The school properties include all land and buildings used for educational purposes by state and vocational schools. The total land area of all general and vocational state schools is approximately 9.1 million m², and the total usable area is approximately 3.1 million m². In this capacity, SBH has been commissioned to build a new district school and expand a grammar school at the location Turnierstieg 18 / 24 in Hamburg.
