France – Bridge renewal construction work – Accord-cadre à bons de commande et à marchés subséquents pour la réalisation des travaux de protection par peinture des ouvrages d'art et dispositifs de retenue sur le réseau routier départemental du Nord

The works subject to this framework agreement concern the painting protection of structures and equipment of the road network's civil engineering works in the Department of Nord. The description of the services and their technical specifications are more fully indicated in the book of particular technical clauses. This is a multi-beneficiary framework agreement, concluded with a maximum of four (4) economic operators. It will be partly executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly by the issuance of purchase orders, upon the occurrence of the need. If only one candidate is tenderer or compliant, the framework agreement becomes de facto single-beneficiary. The contract is estimated at 3 000 000,00 euro(s) VAT-exclusive, or 3 600 000,00 euro(s) VAT-inclusive over 24 months. Therefore, the contract is estimated at 6 000 000,00 euro(s) VAT-exclusive, or 7 200 000,00 euro(s) VAT-inclusive over the total duration of the public contract (48 months). The amounts of the framework agreement are as follows: - Minimum amount: No minimum - Maximum amount per 24-month period: 3 000 000,00 euro(s) VAT-exclusive.
