Germany – Electricity distribution – Planung, Errichtung und Betrieb eines Solarparks auf einer Freifläche in der Hansestadt Lüneburg (Schwarzer Berg)
Description
The Hanseatic City of Lüneburg aims to utilise its own properties for open-space photovoltaic (PV) systems. It therefore offers interested and suitable companies the lease of a potentially suitable property and the operation of systems for the utilisation of solar energy. In a preliminary selection procedure, bidders can demonstrate their expertise, capacity and reliability. Suitable bidders will be selected for the negotiated procedure and invited to submit a binding tender. The decision on a later award in the context of the negotiated procedure is made by the responsible bodies. If the objectives of the Hanseatic City are not sufficiently achieved, the Hanseatic City of Lüneburg reserves the right to award the contract.
