Scope of Services for Masonry, Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering Works

The company undertakes the classic masonry, civil engineering and structural engineering works for the named project in connection with the renovation of the platform, track, roof and access facilities. In the track area, the scope of services includes all works from the bottom up to and including the OK ballast layer. This includes, in particular, excavation, subgrade, PSS/foundation layers, drainage, substructure works, reconstruction and ballasting up to the agreed handover level OK ballast layer. The track superstructure works above OK ballast layer will be provided by the SBB Track Department. This includes, in particular, the removal and installation of track panels, ballast removal above OK ballast layer, track and turnout installation, rail replacement, as well as tamping, lining and other track works.
