France – Operation of water supplies – Exploitation, entretien et maintenance des usines et du réseau d'eau potable des communes du Secteur Nord de la CCS

The contract is for the operation, maintenance and management of the potable water facilities of the Communauté de Communes Sundgau located in the area of the communes of Aspach, Froeningen, Heidwiller, Hochstatt and Illfurth. The present contract constitutes a public contract under the Code de la commande publique. It is neither a service concession nor a public service delegation, since the contractor is remunerated by the contracting entity under the conditions set out in the present CCAP and does not bear an operational risk related to the collection of revenue from users.
