The administrative building of the Thusis workshop was constructed at the end of the 1970s and has not been comprehensively renovated since. The overall renovation project envisages the preservation of the load-bearing structure and a reorganisation of the rooms. A lift is to be installed for barrier-free access. The complete renewal of the building services and the energy renovation of the building envelope are planned. The existing heating centre for the site is located in the adjacent workshop building. This mandate also includes the complete renewal of the heating centre with the installation of a pellet heating system (incl. structural measures). The district heating mains will remain. A project for Phase 32 is already available, from the year 2018. Various adjustments are necessary, such as the installation of the lift and further requirements of the users, such as room layouts. The subject of the tender and contract is the provision of the general planner service from Phase 32 construction project to and including Phase 53 commissioning/completion according to SIA 102 with the specialist disciplines of architecture, construction realisation, HVAC planning and electrical planning.
