Denmark – Repair and maintenance services – Udbud af Byg&Tek - Rammeaftale om udførelsen af service- og vedligeholdelsesydelser

DSB is offering a framework agreement for the delivery of service and maintenance services to DSB. DSB owns approximately 800,000 m2 of building area distributed across approximately 2,600 buildings, as well as approximately 22,000 technical installations distributed across 415 locations. DSB has a special building and installation mass, as most of DSB’s stations are unmanned, while these buildings and installations are critical for, among other things, train operations and passengers. Overall, DSB’s building mass can be divided into the following groups: Manned and unmanned stations, depots/workshops, where train cleaning, train preparation and train maintenance are carried out and finally administrative and historical railway buildings. The agreement includes the service areas of building maintenance and technical maintenance. The service area of building maintenance covers the general external and internal maintenance as well as renovations and extensions that need to be carried out on DSB’s buildings within the geographical area of the agreement. It is DSB’s objective that the buildings appear presentable and well-maintained and at the same time support a good working environment, the daily operation as well as meet all regulatory requirements. The service area of technical maintenance includes general servicing and maintenance of DSB’s installations as indicated in Annex 01.D. DSB wants the installations to appear in good condition, always be functional and function as intended, including that maintenance of installations is carried out systematically according to maintenance plans, so that the operation is stable and supports DSB’s core activities. The service area of technical maintenance includes both planned inspections as indicated in Annex 04, unplanned maintenance work and emergency maintenance work including rectification of functional failures, repairs, renovation work and to a lesser extent new installations. The framework agreement is divided into two sub-agreements distributed across the geographical areas of East Denmark and West Denmark.
