France – Bridge renewal construction work – Marché de travaux relatif à la sécurisation des accès au viaduc de Calix sur la route nationale 814 (boulevard périphérique de Caen), dans le département du Calvados

The consultation concerns part of the works to be carried out as part of Phase 1 of Operation Calix. This phase of work includes, on the one hand, the installation of dynamic signage and automated barriers to close the viaduct (Phase 1.1) and, on the other hand, the development of the north head of the viaduct in the BP inner direction (Phase 1.3). The work programme is based on the preliminary design AVP carried out by the MOE in October 2025 and then the project studies PRO carried out by the MOE in February 2026. Phase 1 of Operation Calix is part of an overall project comprising 4 phases: • Phase 1: Securing access, the subject of the present contract; • Phase 2: Repair of the Calix viaduct, the works of which will start in June 2026; • Phase 3: Environmental integration (taking into account noise nuisances and refurbishment of the drainage system); • Phase 4: Rehabilitation of the extrados of the Calix viaduct.
