The subject of the contract is the Organisation of the Pirineos Sur Festival for the 2027 and 2028 editions, with the possibility of annually extending it for the 2029 and 2030 editions, consisting of the development and management of the artistic programming of the Auditorio Natural de Lanuza and its communication, including the planning, design and installation of the various necessary infrastructures and the provision of the catering service in the venue, which will be carried out in accordance with the determinations contained in the P.P.T., which includes five annexes, Annex III being the one corresponding to the Pirineos Sur Festival 2025 Self-Protection Plan, which is provided for guidance purposes, and the definitive Self-Protection Plan will be provided to the contractor.
