This tender concerns the maintenance of the following thermal installations (known as small individual equipment): - individual gas heating and/or domestic hot water production units. - individual electric heating and/or domestic hot water production units. Maintenance covers all interventions and works necessary to ensure a permanent level of performance, comfort, and safety of an existing structure or equipment. In accordance with Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this tender is divided into the following lots: Lot No. 1: Educational Sites (M2023-004L1), Lot No. 2: Cultural, Leisure and Sports Sites (M2023-004L2), Lot No. 3: Administrative and Technical Sites (M2023-004L3), Lot No. 4: Annual maintenance of small equipment, Lot No. 5: Wastewater treatment plant. This tender concerns only Lot No. 4. Lots No. 1 to 3 have already been the subject of a tender and have been awarded. As for Lot No. 5, it will be the subject of a subsequent tender if necessary. The present public contract will result in the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement and will be treated at mixed prices. As for the services treated at a global and lump-sum price, these are concluded for the amount set out in Article D1 of the commitment document. Pursuant to Article R2162-4.2° of the Public Procurement Code, the services treated at unit prices are concluded for the unit prices of the schedule of unit prices and within a maximum amount of: - 160 000 € HT valid for the duration of the contract for the entity VILLE DE TROYES - 6 000 € HT valid for the duration of the contract for the entity MAISON DU BOULANGER - 60 000 € HT valid for the duration of the contract for the entity TROYES CHAMPAGNE METROPOLE The validity period of the present contract is 4 years from 1 October 2026 (or its notification date if later). The execution of the present public contract will begin on 1 October 2026 (or its notification date if later). As for the services treated at a lump-sum price, they will be carried out without interruption throughout the validity period of said contract and must comply with the provisions set out in the CCTP. The contractor must schedule the interventions. To this end, it must submit a schedule according to Article 9.1 of the CCTP. As for the services treated at unit prices, except for the breakdown times already set out in Article 10 3 of the CCTP, the execution times will be set out on each purchase order.
